Preventive Care
We believe regular dental visits will prevent you from needing extensive, costly treatment, by identifying concerns in a timely manner. A restoration is nowhere near as complex and costly as a Root Canal Treatment in 3 years time! We encourage our clients to schedule regular six-monthly Preventive Care appointments where a Dentist will monitor your overall oral health, to ensure that your teeth and gums remain healthy. Dr Jamie or Dr Doug will also complete a thorough examination during your Preventive Care appointment. At the Mildura Dental Group we advise our clients to brush 2-3 times daily with an electric toothbrush, and floss once daily. This level of oral hygiene is essential to prevent infection, dental discomfort and even bad breath. |
